Leonard Dean Casto, age 88, of the Abbott Road, Buckhannon, died Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. 

He was born on June 14, 1935, in Pickens, WV, a son of the late Arden Bernard and Azel Collins Casto. 

In December 1988, he was united in marriage to Stella Rose Booth Casto, who survives.  Also surviving are two sons:  Adam Dean Casto of Buckhannon and James Robert Casto of Williston, FL; and two daughters:  Brittany Rose Cabic and husband Bill of Elkins and Kellie Elizabeth Gillum and husband David of French Creek. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Bernard Casto.

At the request of the deceased, the body will be cremated.  A private service will be held at a later date.
