Loveberry Bake Shop has relocated to a new home between Weston and Buckhannon, pairing their signature pastries with Grazer’s grinders in a fresh location on Route 33.
Jessica Richards, owner of Loveberry Bake Shop, said they officially opened on Jan. 9 at 3034 Old Route 33 in Horner, right beside Grazer’s Market.
“We decided on the move because we were given the opportunity by Adam Burkhammer to become the new owners of Grazer’s, and we thought it would be more beneficial and easier to work next to the market,” Richards said. “We’ve always been looking for another building. Our location wasn’t the greatest; we didn’t have good parking, and a lot of people just didn’t get to that end of the town, so we always kept our eye open for something else.”
Richards said they are adjusting to their new home and acclimating to their new business, but they’re excited about the change.
“We’re going to keep offering what we have always offered, as long as we can keep up,” Richards said. “My sister came back, so now there are three of us again, but it’s still a challenge. We try our best to get what we can out.
Customers of Grazer’s Market can expect the same quality and service.

“Grazer’s is basically doing the same things they’ve been doing,” Richards said. “There really have not been any changes, other than you can order the Grazer’s grinders and salads from the Loveberry building.”
Richards recommends trying Grazer’s grinders; her favorite is the Rajun Cajun turkey.
“They use the Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, and they’re wonderful,” Richards said. “All the meat they offer is fresh and locally sourced; it sells quickly. The burger is really, really popular, as are the steaks.”
Loveberry Bake Shop is open Tuesday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. Grazer’s Market is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.

“Any special orders or custom orders, you can call anytime during our business hours or message us through Facebook,” Richards said. “A lot of people will have an idea of what they want, so they’ll send us a picture. Through Facebook, it’s easier to keep all the details together.”
Loveberry can be reached at (304) 269-2330 or on their Facebook page. Grazer’s Market can be reached at (304) 997-8060 or on their Facebook page.
“Please contact us if you want us to hold something until you’re able to get to us, or if you want large orders, especially for Grazer’s — with fresh meats, we only do so much a day, so it doesn’t go to waste,” Richards said. “If you call ahead or let us know, we can definitely have it ready and packaged for you. We always encourage pre-orders of anything, even just calling ahead if you are on your lunch break and want to come in for a grinder or salad, call ahead and we’ll have it all ready.”
