Harry E. Taylor, age 90, of Buckhannon, WV, died March 5, 2025, at his home.

He was born August 5, 1934, in Buckhannon, a son of the late Harry and Minnie Smith Taylor. On June 22, 1959, he married Betty Rae Tenney, who preceded him in death on March 15, 2019, and he was predeceased by his grandson, David Taylor, II.

He is survived by two sons, Ronald Taylor and girlfriend Barbara Sanders of Buckhannon, and David Taylor with wife Beverly of French Creek, WV; two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Doxie of Annville, PA and Lauren Samuels of Parker, CO; three great-grandchildren, Emmylou Doxie and David Doxie of Annville, and Aria Samuels of Paker; one sister, Bernice Karickhoff of Woodbridge, VA; and a special niece, Wendy Andrus of Buckhannon.

Mr. Taylor was a U.S. Army veteran, a Baptist by faith and worked as a packaging engineer and school bus driver.

In honoring his wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
