BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation is seeking donations for its end-of-the-year campaign. The funding choice for this year’s campaign is dedicated to replacing the hospital’s nurse call system in the second floor patient rooms, Emergency Department and PromptCare.
The current system is over 35 years old and replacement parts are no longer available. Installation of this new system will enable patients to connect immediately with their nurses ensuring the utmost in patient care. Total cost for the project is $210,000. The Foundation Board has allocated the bulk of its remaining balance, $155,000, to the project, leaving a remainder of $55,000 needed to fully fund the new system. The Foundation is a 501-C 3 organization, making your gift fully tax-deductible.
