Question 2: Did you know that the building housing the Colonial Arts Center will celebrate its 100th birthday in 2024?

That’s right! The historic Colonial Theatre, Cinema V and the many other names it has held throughout its rich history will officially hit its triple-digit age next year.

To celebrate, every week the CAC will highlight a different community arts group, individual artist or arts experience in the area. They’re kicking off with a highlight for their dear friends at Buckhannon Community Theatre.

BCT has been providing quality community theatre entertainment to the Buckhannon and surrounding areas for over 51 years. Last year, they celebrated a huge milestone with their first fully sold-out run of a show! All four performances of Clue: On Stage sold out and provided an exciting opportunity to bring back two encore shows.
