BUCKHANNON – A wide array of exhibits from West Virginia artists can be found at the Buckhannon Opera House during the annual Spring Into Art show this weekend.
This annual, juried art show is hosted by Buckhannon’s beloved Artistry on Main gallery. The show will take place April 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and April 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Exceptional potters, basket weavers, wood turners, jewelers, graphic artists, fiber artists and painters are just a few of the artist mediums that visitors can expect to see. This spring show is a creative mind’s wonderland.
Artists will display and sell their recent works to art enthusiasts of all ages. Show organizers also encourage guests to stop by the caricature artist for a fun sketch to take home. These talented individuals have a niche for creating unique pieces that capture the attention and hearts of all who witness them.
“Many artists are joining us this year from outside the [Artistry on Main] gallery,” said Christine Keller, president of Artistry on Main. “It looks to be a good show.”
Visitors can find the Buckhannon Opera House in the heart of downtown Buckhannon at 12 East Main Street.
