CHARLESTON — Gov. Jim Justice announced last week that N3, part of Accenture, is adding 100 jobs to its Charleston location.
N3 is an Atlanta-based business-to-business firm that combines specialized sales talent with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities to enable smarter, more efficient sales interactions.
“Expansions like this highlight the diversification of our economy and how businesses can thrive in West Virginia,” Gov. Justice said. “I want to thank all the great people at N3 for their commitment to West Virginia, their investment in our people, and the great work they do for leading technology companies across the globe.
“West Virginia’s economy continues to grow,” Gov. Justice continued. “We have an incredible manufacturing base and a great workforce training program that will, together, produce a lot of good stuff in our beautiful state. I commend N3 for helping us prove to the world that we’re that diamond in the rough that everybody missed that now they’re beginning to see.”
N3, acquired by Accenture in October 2020, works with global technology companies to deliver global sales strategy and execution programs. The company utilizes a unique model of specialized sales skills and processes across complex areas like cloud, software platforms, and 5G networks.
“We are looking for people eager to make their mark in the technology industry, and our location at the Regional Technology Park in Charleston has been the perfect place to grow our West Virginia presence,” said N3 Vice President of Operations Ken Boggs. “There is a career path at N3 for those who want to grow in an expanding global business.”
“Thank you so much for your investment in our state and for your confidence that this is the best place to locate a technology-oriented company,” said West Virginia Secretary of Economic Development Mitch Carmichael. “We look forward to your continued success, because West Virginia has the technical competence, the skill set, and the people to make you as successful as you could be anywhere in the world.”
Founded in 2004, N3, part of Accenture, drives sales strategy and execution for many of the world’s leading brands. The company has locations across five continents, including Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, Spain, the U.K., and the U.S.
