Stonewall Resort hosts month-long lineup of holiday events and activities in December

Stonewall Resort will host a series of holiday-themed events and activities throughout December, appealing to everyone from children and families to those looking to spend the season with friends or that special someone.

“We call these event and activity-filled weekends our ‘Holiday Traditions,’ and we encourage people to celebrate this special time of the year with family or loved ones in the cozy, amenity-filled confines of Stonewall Resort,” said André D’Amour, general manager of Stonewall Resort.

D’Amour said the following activities and events will be offered throughout December:

Snow Flake Soiree, Dec. 6

Tailor-made for kids and families, the Snow Flake Soiree offers a buffet dinner with music and dancing featuring DJ Alex O’Neal. Special appearances by children’s holiday characters will occur throughout the evening. This memory-making holiday party runs from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Who-Dinner Delight, Dec. 7

Join everyone’s favorite fuzzy green icon from 6-9 p.m. for holiday fun and photos at the first-ever Who-Dinner Delight. The event features a sit-down dinner, interactive holiday games for kids, and music and dancing with DJ Alex O’Neal.

Dueling Pianos, Dec. 14

The high-energy, crowd-engaging Dueling Pianos Experience is part rock show and part comedy performance. The event, from 9 p.m. to midnight, features two accomplished pianists playing interactive covers of old and new favorite songs.

Reindeer Games, Dec. 20

Enjoy an unforgettable evening of festive fun during the adult-focused Reindeer Games, offering interactive, crowd-pleasing games and adult refreshments from 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Christmas Eve Dinner, Dec. 24

This special Christmas Eve dinner buffet at Stillwaters Restaurant will offer a full complement of holiday favorites from 5-8 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.

Christmas Day Lunch & Dinner, Dec. 25

Offered at Stillwaters Restaurant from 11 a.m.-7 p.m., guests will enjoy menus perfectly tailored for this special holiday. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.

The weekends of December 6, 13, and 20 will also feature:

  • Breakfast with Santa in Stillwaters Restaurant each Saturday (December 7, 14 and 21) from 7-11 a.m.
  • Brunch with Santa each Sunday (December 8, 15 and 22) from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Bow Making Demonstrations December 7, 14 and 21 from 1-2:30 p.m.
  • Wreath Making Classes December 7, 14 and 21 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Additionally, the resort will ring in the New Year with multiple party options for guests, each including dinner, music and dancing.
